30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
How to Return
- Log into your account and go to Orders
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- Click "Request Return" and choose a reason
- Print the prepaid label (or arrange pickup)
- Ship the item back within 7 days
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges for defective items. For non-defective exchanges, standard shipping rates apply.
